Full Public Liability Insurance
We carry full Public Liability Insurance and all work is covered by a full 90 day guarantee on parts and labour.
Most repairs are carried out on site, but should a machine require workshop repair/testing, a quote will be provided BEFORE commencing any work.
We understand owners may not wish to spend too much on repairs, and old machines can be removed if necessary. Should a quote be rejected, only the service call is payable.
In the case of an old machine being uneconomical to repair, reconditioned machines with a guarantee are available, as a low cost option.
New machines can also be sourced and installed, in the case of an old machine being replaced. They can usually be fitted within the half hour service call.
